Why maintenance?

To support our clients and provide for them IMB offers the maintenance service for the programs.

The maintenance is considered so you can be protected by all the problems that can occur during the running of the program and for being always updated including the latest updated version of the program related the changes referring to the different laws or the increasing developments of our programs.

Maintenance includes:

• to transfer data from one computer to another one
• free updating programs with the latest versions
• to reinstate the possible imperfections of the program or the database

Type of lay

Usually IMB applies annual contracts for maintenance of its programs. Related to the kind of program you buy are established the terms of the contract.

The single programs (only one set up license) are offered only with the program prices and the maintenance service is not included.
But in the Net Versions we offer a 6 month guarantee period, which is enough refereeing to the use and good functioning of the product. At the ending of this period you can sign the annual contract and in this way be sure of the assistance and maintenance service for any problem.

Versions of maintenance:

The maintenance is avaible in two versoins:

• Online maintenance: This includes repairing the possible failures directly from the IMB offices to your computers. This service requires the presence of the modem in your computer and by using the phone line IMB solves your problem.
• Onsite maintenance: For problems that can not be solved by the online maintenance service or the phone line, the IMB specialist comes to you and solve the problem.

Exceptions are made olny by clients who have "special" terms in their maintenance contracts. Including long term or when the purchase of the program is made by tender procedures where the maintenance services are included.
