4. Assistance and User Support (online and over the phone) for 3 months after the installation.

** Full Implementation is applicable at Client's Request and includes:

1. Business Analysis.
2. Software Installation.
3. Staff Training (four 2-hour sessions).
4. Full Software Configuration.
5. Company Configuration.
6. Interface Configuration.
7. Configuration of each user's Rights and Responsibilities.
8. Assistance and Consultation (Online and over the phone)  for 3 months after the installation.
